Mandatory Government Permits (Inner Line Permits - ILP & PAP)

STATUTORY REQUIREMENT

Expeditions to border regions—including Leh-Ladakh (Pangong Tso, Nubra Valley, Khardung La, Changthang), Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, and Andaman Islands—require official Inner Line Permits (ILP) or Protected Area Permits (PAP) issued by the District Magistrate / Deputy Commissioner (DC) Office and verified at Indian Army / ITBP checkpoints. We submit guest legal names, ages, photographs, and Government IDs solely to procure these mandatory military clearances on your behalf.

Ministry of Tourism & Hotel Guest Manifest Compliance (Form C)

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Under the Registration of Foreigners Rules, 1992 and State Tourism Hotel Regulations, all luxury glamping retreats, heritage palaces, and luxury resorts are legally required to verify guest photo identification and register foreign nationals via Form C with the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer (FRRO).

High-Altitude Medical Safety & Emergency Air Evacuation

LIFE SAFETY PROTOCOL

Our signature voyages traverse high-altitude terrains exceeding 11,000 to 18,380 feet. Knowing your blood group, medical history, and emergency contact details enables our expedition medical officers, certified wilderness first-responders, and partner helicopter charter operators to coordinate rapid oxygen therapy or air ambulance evacuation in the event of severe Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) or medical emergencies.

GST Invoicing & Financial Accounting (CBIC / GST Act 2017)

TAX MANDATE

As a registered Indian Tour Operator, we must comply with the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017. Collecting your billing address and State of supply is required to calculate appropriate CGST, SGST, or IGST rates and generate legally valid tax invoices.
